Giblets – Sold by the Package includes 1 gizzard, 1 liver and 1 heart:

Average size per piece 1/2 – 1 lb.

Please remember, giblets must be purchased with a turkey product, however, walk-ins are welcome prior to the Thanksgiving rush.

When you pick up your turkey products you will be charged the actual weight of the turkey product you purchase. We try to get as close to the weight you are looking for, but they can vary at pick up.   The price in cart is approximate for the highest possible price, your exact total will be charged at pickup based on the actual weight.
